TERMS OF SALE — Any customer who purchases a lithographic image shall be:

1. Provided with an email which explains how to immediately download such chosen scan, devoid of the Coyprighted Image tag which presently appears at its top left-hand corner; and
2. Granted aTrueScans license to:
   • Hand out, otherwise distribute and/or publish such scan, so long as it remains suitably labeled as a copyrighted image; and does not become subject to resale, and/or
   • Use it for any other purpose(s) without suitably labeling such scan as a copyrighted image.
