1. Where Can I Purchase Juicy Twists?
     Presently, Juicy Twists can be purchased only through this website.  As distributors begin to multiply, purchases also may be made through
     them, as well.

2. Are My Juicy Twists Guaranteed?

• Juicy Twist Construction, Packaging and Design characteristic are guaranteed to be exactly as specified.  Nonconformaces are eligible for a full refund.
• For orders consisting of two items or less, Unopened Juicy Twists may be returned for a full refund within a thirty (30) day period, provided that buyer pays for all applicable return costs, and also supplies a copy of the respective payment invoice.  Furthermore, Juicy Twists and their respective unopened packages, upon their return, must remain fully unmarked, or completely untarnished; i.e.; they otherwise must remain in fully new condition.

           -- Returns cannot be honored once blister packages are opened. This is because once blister package hermetic seals become violated,               respective Juicy Twists no longer may be considered to be sanitary, or fit for resale.
